CaoCao's AI Ride-Hailing Service Integrates with HONOR YOYO, Marking the First Debut of Its AI Mobility Service on a Mainstream Smartphone Agent
Time: 2026/09/15

On September 15, CaoCao Inc. (2643.HK) announced that its AI ride-hailing service has officially integrated with HONOR YOYO, marking the first time the company's AI mobility capabilities have been embedded in the system-level agent of a mainstream smartphone maker. In recognition of its innovation in AI mobility, CaoCao also received the "Innovative Partner" award at the 2026 HONOR Global Developer Conference held the same day.

When using CaoCao's AI ride-hailing service, HONOR smartphone users can simply state their ride needs to YOYO, which will automatically identify pickup and drop-off points, match users with CaoCao's mobility resources, select an appropriate vehicle type and route, and complete the booking.

In this collaboration, CaoCao opened up caocao-cli for the first time — a standard interface that enables AI agents to invoke CaoCao services — making it the first platform in the AI mobility sector to adopt CLI-based integration with on-device agents.

At the technical level, caocao-cli introduces a unique idempotency key, an explicit confirmation flag and a unified trace ID, ensuring that retries caused by network fluctuations do not turn into duplicate bookings. Critical actions such as booking cancellations require user confirmation, and the entire cross-service chain is traceable and auditable, making AI ride-hailing safer and more convenient for users.

The CLI + Skill approach also saves more context, laying the foundation for AI to further understand complex mobility needs. In the future, agents will be able to proactively factor in more decision variables before users even express them — for example, suggesting an earlier departure based on weather forecasts, dynamically adjusting route recommendations using real-time congestion data, or even anticipating travel needs based on users' schedules.

Smartphone assistants represented by HONOR YOYO are evolving from traditional voice assistants into system-level agents that can understand complex requests, invoke services across apps and execute tasks. Drawing on its accumulated capabilities in fleet dispatching, asset management, user services and compliance operations, CaoCao enables efficient connections between AI agents and intelligent mobility resources.

Going forward, CaoCao will partner with more smart devices and AI agent platforms to continuously expand its AI mobility ecosystem.
