The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as corporate mobility services, interconnected membership systems, child safety seat solutions, and technology and product collaboration in smart mobility scenarios, jointly exploring innovative family mobility service models and creating safer, more convenient and smarter travel experiences for users.
CaoCao Mobility has always been committed to improving user travel experience through technology innovation and continuously improving its diversified mobility service system. In recent years, CaoCao Mobility has continued to expand its service capabilities in segmented scenarios such as family travel and accessible travel, successively launching special services including accessible mobility vehicles to meet the travel needs of children, the elderly, people with mobility impairments and other groups, and actively practicing corporate social responsibility. This cooperation with Butong Group is also an important step for CaoCao Mobility to further improve its service guarantee system for key populations and enrich family mobility service scenarios.
As shared mobility becomes an important part of the urban transport system, family users' demand for child travel safety continues to rise. Based on this, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages in child safe travel products and shared mobility services, jointly promoting the application of BeBeBus child safety seats in shared mobility scenarios, extending child safe travel protection from family-owned vehicles to public mobility scenarios such as ride-hailing.
Looking ahead to the trend of smart mobility development, the two parties also plan to establish a joint R&D team to jointly develop an integrated front-mounted installation solution for adult seats and child safety seats around the Robotaxi smart cockpit scenario, ensuring child ride safety while further improving vehicle space utilization and operational efficiency, and exploring more reliable child safety solutions for future autonomous driving mobility services.
In addition to the field of child safe travel, the two parties will also conduct in-depth exploration in corporate mobility services, membership benefits cooperation, and smart scenario innovation. Through resource sharing and capability synergy, both parties will continue to improve user service experience, promote the deep integration of smart mobility and family life services, and jointly build a mobility service ecosystem that covers a wider range of user groups and has more comprehensive safety guarantees.
