CaoCao Mobility Deploys First Robovan Fleet in Changsha, Marking RoboX Strategy's Commercial Validation in Logistics
Time: 2026/07/15

On July 15, CaoCao Mobility officially launched commercial Robovan operations in Changsha, deploying its first fleet of unmanned logistics vehicles into real-world urban scenarios.

CaoCao Mobility's Robovan covers diverse business models including vehicle sales, leasing, and RaaS (Robotics as a Service), transforming unmanned logistics vehicles into on-demand, continuously operated intelligent mobility services. This represents a value upgrade from one-time delivery to sustained operations, providing customers with more flexible, efficient, and cost-effective urban distribution solutions. The initial commercial launch in Changsha validates a replicable business model, laying the foundation for broader rollout across additional cities.

The competition center in autonomous logistics is shifting from pure technical capability to a comprehensive capability combining operational excellence, commercialization strength, and technology. As the most important commercialization vehicle of Geely Holding Group's RoboX strategy, CaoCao Mobility has built a closed-loop ecosystem integrating intelligent custom vehicles, intelligent driving technology, and intelligent operations. Leveraging its systematic capabilities in intelligent dispatch, operational fulfillment, and fleet management, CaoCao Mobility's Robovan will target high-frequency, essential scenarios such as express end-of-line delivery, supermarket replenishment, warehouse-to-store transfers, and intra-city freight, serving planned logistics while gradually extending to instant delivery needs, continuously improving urban logistics efficiency.

In June this year, CaoCao Mobility unveiled its RoboX strategy, announcing a comprehensive AI transformation aimed at building a world-leading physical AI mobility technology platform. The company plans to deploy a cumulative total of 100,000 Robotaxis and 100,000 Robovans by 2030. The first-city launch in Changsha marks an important step in the synergistic development of CaoCao Mobility's Robotaxi and Robovan businesses, accelerating the construction of an AI-era urban intelligent mobility network covering both people and goods.
