CaoCao has recently entered into strategic partnerships with K2 Group, an AI technology company under the Abu Dhabi government, and May Mobility, a global autonomous driving technology company. The collaborations will advance the commercial deployment and operation of Robotaxi in the Middle East and Europe respectively, accelerating the overseas rollout of CaoCao's RoboX strategy and further enhancing its global intelligent mobility network.
CaoCao will work with K2 Group to jointly deploy and operate Robotaxi projects in the United Arab Emirates. This year, both parties will initiate road testing in Abu Dhabi and plan to deploy the first batch of Robotaxi vehicles.

This partnership marks another important step for CaoCao in expanding its presence in the Middle East, following its strategic cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office. K2 Group will leverage its local resources and partner network to provide test validation environments and operational infrastructure support. CaoCao will contribute its strengths in purpose-built intelligent vehicles, fleet operations, and platform management by supplying operational vehicles, technical support, and professional training to jointly advance the local Robotaxi service system. Going forward, both parties will also explore autonomous driving business cooperation in additional regions.
While advancing its Middle East presence, CaoCao is also accelerating its expansion into Europe. CaoCao and May Mobility will conduct joint research and commercial exploration around Robotaxi deployment, with a focus on advancing pilot projects in Europe and other key markets.
As a global leader in autonomous driving technology, May Mobility has developed a proprietary In-situ AI technology that integrates deep learning, dynamic world models, and real-time reasoning to enhance the adaptability of autonomous vehicles to complex road environments. The company currently operates autonomous mobility services in the United States, Japan, and other markets.
Under the agreement, CaoCao will leverage its capabilities in mobility platform operations, fleet management, purpose-built vehicles, and large-scale commercial operations as the fleet owner and operator of the Robotaxi service. May Mobility will provide autonomous driving system support, and both parties will jointly explore scalable Robotaxi operating models.
The Middle East and Europe are important markets for the global autonomous driving industry, offering rich application scenarios and broad growth potential. Through these partnerships, CaoCao will further validate Robotaxi operating models and commercial pathways in different market environments, promoting the deployment of autonomous mobility services in more cities worldwide.
It is worth noting that on June 18, CaoCao officially announced its full-scale AI transformation and unveiled its RoboX strategy. As the most important commercialization platform for Geely Holding Group's RoboX initiative, CaoCao is building an intelligent mobility ecosystem spanning Robotaxi, Robovan, and other scenarios, centered on three core pillars: intelligent purpose-built vehicles, intelligent driving technology, and intelligent operations, with the goal of becoming a world-leading physical AI mobility technology platform.
CaoCao has already launched China's first native Robotaxi and plans to begin mass production in 2027. According to its plan, by 2030, CaoCao intends to deploy a cumulative total of 100,000 Robotaxi and 100,000 Robovan vehicles, accelerating the transition of autonomous driving technology from demonstration applications to large-scale commercial operations.
As the RoboX strategy continues to advance, CaoCao will use overseas markets such as the Middle East and Europe as key leverage points to accelerate the development of a global intelligent mobility network, bring China's Robotaxi operating model to international markets, and explore more innovative possibilities for the development of global smart transportation.
