CaoCao Inc.’s “Inclusive Mobility Day” Goes to the Court: Empowering Wheelchair Athletes with Compassion
Time: 2025/06/20

On June 15, the 2025 ITA National Wheelchair Tennis Championships & Tokyo Deaflympics concluded at Wenzhou International Tennis Center. During the 7-day tournament, nearly 100 wheelchair tennis players and coaches from across China competed fiercely. As the official barrier-free mobility partner, CaoCao Inc. provided full-cycle accessible transportation for 13 wheelchair athletes, enabling them to focus on their performance.

These athletes demonstrated extraordinary perseverance and competitive spirit on court, embodying their creed of triumphing over physical barriers through self-transcendence. Expanding mobility horizons for people with disabilities remains the core mission of CaoCao Inc.’s “Inclusive Mobility Day” initiative. Services encompassed airport transfers, venue shuttles, and competition-day transportation - a complete mobility solution. Dedicated drivers remained on standby at venues throughout the event, guaranteeing immediate response.

The monthly Inclusive Mobility Day reflects CaoCao Inc.’s commitment to inclusive mobility. On the 29th of each month, wheelchair users receive RMB 50 ride credits for CaoCao Inc.’s Premium Accessible Fleet. Since its inaugural launch on June 29, 2024, the “Inclusive Mobility Day” initiative has been extended to multiple cities across China, empowering a growing number of individuals with mobility challenges to experience safe, equitable and barrier-free mobility services. On March 28, 2024, CaoCao Inc. officially launched its accessibility public welfare brand, establishing a sustainable care ecosystem that facilitates equal social participation for people with disabilities.

Marking the first anniversary of the initiative this month, CaoCao Inc. has pioneered specialized mobility support services for para-sports events. To deliver premium-level services for athletes, CaoCao Inc. specifically deployed the LEVC TX5 - a professional-grade accessible vehicle model. Featuring retractable access ramps, tactile Braille signage and other accessibility features, the TX5 is operated by drivers who have completed comprehensive accessibility service training and safety certification, delivering high-quality barrier-free mobility solutions for all age groups. A wheelchair tennis athlete participating in the event spoke highly of CaoCao Inc.’s services, stating: “The accessible vehicle’s wheelchair-optimized design makes boarding effortless. With considerate drivers delivering professional service, I look forward to using this accessible transportation in my daily life.”

As a pioneer in China’s shared mobility sector, CaoCao Inc. adheres to its philanthropic vision of “Mobility with Heart” and brand proposition of “Citizen-Focused Mobility Services”, establishing an omnichannel service network that seamlessly integrates online reservations with traditional street-hailing services. To date, CaoCao Inc. has been operating over 1,000 barrier-free vehicles under CaoCao Inc.’s Premium Accessible Fleet in nearly 1000 cities, recording 5M+ accessible rides.

Having marked its first anniversary, the “Inclusive Mobility Day” initiative will continue expanding inclusive mobility solutions for seniors and persons with disabilities. These professional accessible services will broaden horizons for mobility-impaired individuals, ensuring equitable mobility opportunities while extending compassion to all in need.
