Time: 2025/04/28

On April 28, 2025, the National Commendation Conference for Model Workers and Advanced Workers was grandly held in Beijing. Three ride-hailing drivers from CaoCao Inc., Yuan Yonghui, Zhang Guirong, and Liu Binjie, were awarded the title of “National Model Worker” for their high-quality service standards. CaoCao Inc. thus became the only ride-hailing platform in 2025 to have drivers receive this prestigious honor.

The title of “National Model Worker” not only signifies high recognition of individuals but also carries profound contemporary significance. As workers in the new employment landscape, the three drivers exemplified the spirit of laborers in the new era through their distinctive approaches, shining in the ride-hailing industry and becoming its role models and pride.

Yuan Yonghui starts his day with the “Three Checks and Three Inspections”. Before each trip, he meticulously examines the tires, lights, brakes, and other functions to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition. In his daily work, he developed the “Five-Care Service Standard”, committing to patient communication, attentive observation, thoughtful service, focused driving and persistent dedication. With nearly eight years of service, he has safely driven 500,000 kilometers, served nearly 100,000 passengers, and achieved an industry record of “zero accidents, zero complaints, and zero violations”. He has also been honored with titles such as the “Zhejiang Province May Day Labor Medal” and “Model Worker of Zhejiang Province”, demonstrating the time-honored value that “labor is the most glorious” through his actions.

Zhang Guirong from Chengdu always keeps convenience items like bottled water, motion sickness patches, and children’s toys in her car to provide thoughtful care for passengers. Since joining CaoCao Inc. in 2018, she has completed over 60,000 rides and safely driven nearly 500,000 kilometers, maintaining a perfect score in both service and safety ratings. At work, she is renowned for her “Three-Care Service”: patience with passengers, reassurance during rides, and meticulous attention to service details. In her personal life, she actively participates in social welfare initiatives and has been honored with titles such as the “National May Day Labor Medal” and “National 1st May Women Pacesetter”. She was also elected as a member of the 18th ACFTU Executive Committee.

Liu Binjie, a military veteran-turned ride-hailing driver from Shanxi Province, serves as the part-time vice chairman of the Taiyuan Ride-hailing Industry Trade Union Federation. Liu Binjie upholds his military ethos in civilian service. He strictly implements the “Three Inspections”, maintains guaranteed service standards, and observes “Four Prohibitions” to ensure complete driving safety. In 2024, he spearheaded the development of the Premium Ride Comfort Service Standard, establishing standardized service procedures, earning him the “Shanxi May Day Labor Medal” and “Most Exemplary Taxi Drivers in the Provincial Capital” awards.

Guided by CaoCao Inc.’s philosophy of “Citizen-Focused Mobility Services”, Yuan Yonghui, Zhang Guirong and Liu Binjie have demonstrated exceptional dedication, creating social value through their meticulous service and exemplifying the spirit of “National Model Workers” in the new era.
