Caocao Inc. Accelerates International Expansion, Extending Overseas Ride-Hailing Services to 16,000 Cities Worldwide
Time: 2026/01/30

Caocao Inc. officially announced that overseas ride-hailing services are now available in approximately 16,000 cities across 42 countries, marking a key step in building a broad international mobility service network.

In overseas cities covered by ride-hailing service, such as Los Angeles in the United States, Berlin in Germany and Paris in France, users can request compliant local vehicles by switching their location to the destination city within the Caocao Inc. app. By report, the full ride-hailing process supports a Chinese-language interface, with fares converted into RMB based on real-time exchange rates and payments settled through mobile payment tools. This allows users to avoid downloading local ride-hailing applications and bypass the need to exchange foreign currency or link overseas payment methods, significantly simplifying the overseas ride experience.

As Chinese companies accelerate their global expansion, overseas business travel and local employee travel have become key links in the international operation of enterprises. According to the data, 32.2% of enterprises plan to increase their overseas travel budgets, with 6.1% expecting budget increases of more than 30%—well above the growth rate of domestic travel budgets, which stands at 24%. The share of overseas business travel spending has also risen from 3.3% in 2023 to 4.9% in the first half of 2025, with mobility services representing a high-frequency and critical component of cross-border business travel management.

Caocao began serving corporate clients in 2016 and, as of December 31, 2024, had provided services to more than 13,500 enterprises. Going forward, the company plans to integrate its enterprise offerings with StarRides and Geely Business Travel, building a full-scenario service chain that spans daily commuting, business reception, and corporate travel management. StarRides has expanded its global premium service network to 12 international cities, including Paris, Tokyo, and Seoul. Meanwhile, Geely Business Travel provides overseas corporate clients with end-to-end travel management solutions, as well as full-service support for meetings and events.

The expansion of Caocao’s overseas ride-hailing network is not only to strengthen the company’s international mobility capabilities but also to provide a solid foundation for the global development of its corporate business travel. In the future, Caocao will continue to advance synergetic development across its overseas ride-hailing services, premium mobility offerings, and business travel operations, forming a global, full-scenario business travel service system and enabling Chinese enterprises and their employees to access more efficient, convenient, and integrated mobility solutions worldwide.
