SELF SERVICED MOBILITY
The Green Intelligent Mobility Hub, as a key component of this roadmap, features automated battery swapping, self-cleaning services including in-vehicle cleaning, intelligent dispatching, and automated billing to users.
These hubs will also be designed with reserved landing and takeoff interfaces for eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take-off and Landing) aircraft, including charging infrastructure. Future city-level hubs are intended to connect Robotaxis with Aerofugia’s eVTOL aircraft and leverage Geespace’s low-Earth-orbit satellite network, forming an integrated “sky–ground–space” mobility framework.

PATH TO SUCCESS
CaoCao’s Robotaxi strategy is built on a three-part model combining intelligent custom vehicles, autonomous driving technologies and intelligent operations. Backed by Geely’s strengths in electric and intelligent vehicle R&D and by CaoCao’s own experience in large-scale shared mobility operations in China, the company has established a closed-loop Robotaxi system focused on safety, efficiency and user experience.
At the opening event of the first Green Intelligent Mobility Hub on December 3rd 2025, CaoCao Inc. and Qianli Intelligent Driving—an autonomous driving company jointly funded by Geely, Afari Technology, and Mach Intelligent Driving—signed a strategic partnership agreement to deepen collaboration in Robotaxis and accelerate the large-scale adoption and commercial deployment of autonomous driving technologies.
(Xin Gong, CEO of CaoCao, and Yin Qi, Chairman of Afari Technology, attended the signing ceremony to formalize their strategic partnership.)
The launch and steady advancement of CaoCao’s Robotaxi strategy provide a replicable operational model for the green and intelligent transformation of urban transportation. The company is taking concrete action to bring Robotaxis into everyday life and to unlock a broader commercial future for the Robotaxi business.
