On November 10, Caocao Mobility was invited to participate in the DRIFTx International Exhibition in Abu Dhabi, where it officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO). This milestone marks the beginning of Caocao Mobility’s global expansion of its Robotaxi operations.
Under the agreement, Caocao Mobility will collaborate with local partners in Abu Dhabi to advance the pilot deployment of autonomous driving and green mobility technologies. The two parties will jointly promote sustainable transportation solutions centered on electric and battery-swapping vehicles. Caocao plans to integrate its highly efficient battery-swapping network and operational system, which have been extensively validated in the Chinese market, into Abu Dhabi’s green energy ecosystem.
Meanwhile, ADIO will support Caocao Mobility in establishing a local office and operations center in Abu Dhabi. This facility will serve as a strategic hub for the company’s Middle East expansion - laying the groundwork for future vehicle testing, technology localization, supply chain development, and ecosystem collaboration.

By deeply integrating custom vehicle manufacturing, pre-installed autonomous driving systems, and mobility platform operations, Caocao Mobility effectively breaks down collaboration barriers found in traditional industry divisions and significantly reduces coordination costs. During the human-driven stage, Caocao has already achieved substantial optimization of vehicle ownership costs through comprehensive involvement in vehicle design, deployment, and asset operation cycles. This approach ensures a consistent and high-quality user experience while laying a solid foundation for the large-scale deployment of Robotaxi services.
At present, Caocao Mobility is accelerating the rollout of its second-generation Robotaxi fleet, continuously upgrading its vehicle–service solutions tailored for Robotaxi operations. The company is also collaborating with Geely and other strategic partners to develop the next-generation customized models equipped with proprietary, pre-installed autonomous driving components and applications.
